(Tax ID 30-71834562-9, hereinafter "Cexoravyn", "we") we respect your privacy and protect the personal data you entrust to us when using the cexoravyn.com website and our real estate crowdlending services in Argentina. This Policy explains what data we collect, for what purposes, how we process it and the rights granted to you under Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations.

2. Data we collect
We collect identifying data (name, surname), contact data (email address) and navigation data (IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited). When you actively participate as an investor, we may request additional information to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to manage your newsletter subscription, send communications about new real estate crowdlending opportunities, improve our services, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, carry out statistical and marketing analyses.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases are your explicit consent, the performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship with you, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
5. Data retention
We keep your data as long as you remain subscribed and, after unsubscription, during the periods required by the applicable Argentine regulations, especially in tax, accounting and anti-money laundering matters.
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology service providers, email marketing platforms, legal advisors and authorities where there is a legal obligation. We require all our providers to comply with Law No. 25.326.
7. International transfers
If data is transferred to countries that do not provide adequate levels of protection, we will adopt the safeguards established by Disposition DNPDP No. 60-E/2016, including standard contractual clauses.
8. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to privacidad@cexoravyn.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority and you can file claims before it.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs) to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
10. Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or platform changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
